In order to make time for a "special event," each respondent suggested where to "cut" time from the regular schedule.
I repeated the respondent's number from the chart above, so you can see how each of them arranged the "typical"
schedule. It seems relevent to see that the person who suggests cutting 5 minutes of open worship is still
expecting 20 minutes of open worship! Also, rather than report the average (since most numbers are zero), I
offer a simple total of suggested cuts.

Some people made comments that can't really fit into the charts. In order to preserve their ideas,
I offer them here:

"Divide open worship into two parts, one before and one after 'Joys & Concerns.'"

"Sunday school is already a full hour (from 10:30-11:30). Please don't make it longer."

"I miss the first 4 minutes of the message every Sunday, when I take kids to Sunday school -- can we do
the last song or a few minutes of silence during that transition time?"

"Omit 'Joys and Concerns;' it is getting too long, everyone feels compelled to speak."

"How about an intercessory prayer meeting - group - drop in - before church?"

"Use more creativity of format and variety [during Joys and Concerns] for introverts to participate."
