Our practical recommendations are:

Create more education/discussion opportunities
- potluck and discussion around A New Kind of Christian was a good experience
- youth should be invited

Use gathered worship time to encourage personal spiritual practices
- spend two weeks of worship focused on a practice
- One week to help explain the practice / Second week to reflect on what the practice has done/not done for us

Launch small groups
- people should feel permission not to join
- opportunities should recognize people are willing to commit at different levels
- opportunities should allow for flexibility, reflect needs of those involved
- groups should remain connected to the larger body
- clear expectations should be on the table
- good facilitators are vital
